After a batch of custom chenilles is completed, they are bundled together according to an internal system and sent to the next area of production. Those items that require embroidery, such as a letterman jacket number with sash, move to the embroidery department. Those items that require no additional work are moved on to the cutting department, where the excess scrim felt will be removed and the design finished. Later, the products are stacked according to characteristics and matched up with the other items ordered by a particular customer.
