We measure all of our chenille patches from chenille to chenille (the fuzzy part) at either the widest or the tallest point. We do not include the felt backgrounds within our measured sizes. To account for the felt background, you will need to add about 0.75 to 1.00 inch to the overall size of the patch. For example, if you order a 5 inch patch, the chenille portion of the patch alone will measure roughly five inches at its widest or tallest point; adding in the felt background will make the overall size of the patch closer to 6 inches. The most traditional and commonly ordered chenille patch size is 4 inches.
With over 20 different chenille & felt colors, you can design your custom chenille patch in more than 80,000 different color combinations! Although we have made a tremendous effort to ensure accuracy, the way the colors appear on your monitor or in print can be affected by your computer settings or printer. Therefore, Mount Olympus Awards™ cannot guarantee that the colors shown below precisely match the true color of our products. If you are unsure of what color would work best for you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
All chenille patches, varsity letters, and personalized letterman jackets are custom manufactured to your exact specifications. It is not possible to stock them because of the virtually endless color, size, and font combinations. For this reason, we are not responsible for errors resulting from customer input (e.g., misspelling an embroidered name, ordering the wrong size, color, felt options, etc.). If you discover such an error and wish to make changes or cancel your order once it has been submitted, please contact us by phone, email, or live chat with one of our online representatives. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel or alter your order prior to it entering production and, if requested, promptly refund your money. If, however, production has begun, we will not be able to cancel, refund, or alter your order in any way.
Please note that if we receive the request for cancellation after payment has been tendered, you will be responsible for paying an order cancellation fee that will include, but not be limited to, the merchant fees, bank fees, vendor cancellation fees, and other charges that we incurred due to your order. The order cancellation fee will be 12% of your total order, including shipping. For instance, if you ordered $200 worth of custom merchandise and you requested that your order be cancelled before production was begun, you would be responsible for roughly $24 worth of fees and service charges to cover our bank costs, time, effort, labor, and other considerations.
